Pet care RX does not explain about $50 charge when I was checking out my purchase until when I saw it on my credit card statement. I called their customer service to find out that the $50 was for a 1 year membership.

Why do I want to be a member? I told the CSR that was a pure deception for not reviewing during the check out process. Please be aware of this website merchant.

When I asked for cancellation of the membership and refund, I was told that they will be charging the items that I have bought full price and their full price is double of what other website charges. They will not give me a return ticket when I have asked to return the product.

Product or Service Mentioned: Petcarerx Membership.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Deceiving customer.
