I have been a member of PetcareRx for so many years. This July, 2017, for the first time, I made a mistake.

I accidentally order flea med for cat and not for dog which is what I needed. I asked to speak to a manager, Megan, and I explained my error to see if she could exchange my order. She said that it was my mistake and she couldn't help me. Then I told her that I wanted to cancel my membership with them if that was the case.

She said that the only way she will cancel my membership if I were to pay them the full price for the wrong medication that I cannot use because I got a discount price as a member. This definitely felt like another slap on my face. I will never, never buy from them again.

Please watch out for business like this. They will love you until you make a mistake.
